What makes me worth the cost?

While I do try and make sure that I stay on the more affordable side for my pricing, I also offer more for the value than other vendors typically do.

Specifically, customization and communication!

Customization

  • All designs are made 100% custom with individual pieces. I start with a solid white page and create something entirely new, using the information you provide to me.
  • I have the freedom to add and change any and all elements on the invitation for you. This includes font, images, borders, colors, size, and many other things. I can include images of your own, as well as source images and elements of nearly anything you could want. 
  • I guarantee no one will ever have the same design you do, and I will never re-use your design for anyone in the future.
  • All designs will include a digital PDF version of your completed design(s).
  • In addition, envelopes are included with every order and a tree is planted for every order placed! :)

Communication & Customer Service

  • I offer unlimited revisions per order, within reason.
  • I reply to every message I get same day (except on rare occasion or holidays).
  • I have multiple ways for you to get in touch with me.
  • I am open and honest about my policies up-front.
  • I am committed to making sure you love your design by the time it is finished.

Design Process

Step 1: Submit both the order, and the design form.

I will not begin working on any design, outside of communicating with you, before both have been recieved.

You can place your order using my "Place an Order" tab at the top of this page, or by clicking "order" in first part of this section. You can also find my design form linked at the top of this section.

Step 2: I review the form and get in contact.

I will look over the design form you submitted and make sure that I have all of the information that I need for your order. I will then reach out to you to let you know when I begin your project, and ask any questions I may have.

Step 3: Proof.

I will send you a proof of your design once I have it ready, typically within about 3 days after I begin the project.
This is also when you will tell me any changes you would like made, if any. If you do request changes, then I will return to the project and send an updated proof once it is ready


Step 4: 
Approval and printing.

Once the design is complete, I will send you a PDF proof for final approval. Once approved, your design will be sent to my printer for processing. 


Step 5: 
Quality check and shipping.

The printed design will be sent to me first, so that I can do a full quality check on each item. Once I confirm the quality, I will package them up and send them on their way to you via express shipping!

Timeline

  • On average, a project turnaround time will be about 2 weeks from order submission to the arrivial of the order at your door.

  • Designs take me a minimum of 3 business days to create.

  • The timeline directly depends on your submission of the design form, and your prompt response to the proofs once I send them for your review.
     
  • Shipping takes up to 10 days from the final proof approval. 
    • This is because they ship first to me for a quality check, and then from me to you. 
       
  • Exception: Orders with the Rush Order Add-on

Design Details Form

  • Every order placed will require a design request form to be submitted as well. This form is what allows me to be sure that I produce the best design possible for you. Because of this, please try to be as detailed as you can be when filling it out. 

  • There will be a place in the form for you to upload any images you might want included in the design. If for some reason I am unable to use any of the photos, I will reach out to you immediately to find an alternative option if needed.

  • Designs take me a minimum of 3 business days to create - beginning after payment is received.

Revisions

  • Unlimited revisions are included in every order (within reason*). Revisions will ADD at least 1 day to the overall timeline for your design. Exception being if you purchase the rush option. Either way, I will do my best regardless to make sure you are as happy as possible with the results.

    *If I am unable to provide a satisfying design to you within 10 revisions, we can discuss the cancelation of the order, minus the design fee of 25%. 

  • Note: I have never had to make more than 3 revisions on any of my orders, as I take pride in paying attention to every detail of what you are wanting. 
  • For Rush Orders - Revisions will add at least 6 hours to the overall timeline.

Sizing

  • All invitations are 5x7" 
  • All RSVP designs and Thank You cards are 5x4"
  • All Flyers are 8x11" 

Unless otherwise requested and approved.

Quality Check

All prints will come to me first so that I can make sure the quality and design are flawless.

Shipping

  • Since I send them to myself first, you can expect a turn around time of about 10 business days from the date of design completion. Meaning, you will have your design within 10 days of your approval of the final design. However I always try to get them mailed to you as soon as possible, and will often beat that time estimate. If for any reason the timeline will be longer, I will reach out right away and update you on the status.

  • No Completed orders will be emailed or printed without your final approval. All design proofs will be watermarked. The final design will not.

What if my order is damaged in the mail?

If your order arrives damaged please reach out to me with pictures of the issue and I will work with you as best I can to either re-send it, or send a refund for the cost of the prints. I will not refund the cost of the design itself, as this took labor on my end. On average the design cost I will keep is about 25% of the total. All orders come to me first so that I can make sure that there are no design or print problems on your items.

Rush Orders

  • In a hurry? Please add this to your cart.
  • Rush orders are an additional $50 and are moved to the front of the line.
  • As soon as I receive your order and the Detail Form, the design will be created and a proof sent to you within 24 hours.
  • Once you confirm the design, it will be immediately sent to the printer. This depends fully on your quick approval of the design. I will not send/print the order without a final approval from you.

Note: As soon as you approve the design proof, I will have it mailed to me using the fastest shipping option available - this is, in part, what the $50 rush fee goes to. 

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your order, please send me an email with "Cancel My Order" in the subject line. I will respond as soon as I am able, and I will refund your payment. 

Conditions

  1. I allow cancellations only before an order has been sent to the printer. Once it has been sent to the printer I am unable to cancel or refund the order. 
  2. For cancelled orders, I will issue a full refund if I have not yet sent a proof of your design. 
  3. If I have sent at least one proof, I will refund your order minus a 25% design fee. 

Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to https://www.daysdesignsandprints.com, and Day's Designs and Prints ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include https://www.daysdesignsandprints.com. The Company's website is a Custom Print Design site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

 

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

 

-First and last name

-Mailing address

-Email address

 

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

 

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

 

Use of your Personal Information

The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways: 

 

-to operate and deliver the services you have requested

-to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us

-to provide you with notices about your account

-to carry out the Company's obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection

-to notify you about changes to our https://www.daysdesignsandprints.com or any products or services we offer or provide through it

-in any other way we may describe when you provide the information

-for any other purpose with your consent.

 

The Company may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Company and its affiliates.

 

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

 

The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services tothe Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

 

The Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Company, or the public.

 

Automatically Collected Information

The Company may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Company's website.

 

Security of your Personal Information

The Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The Company uses the following methods for this purpose:

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

 

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet that are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be guaranteed.

 

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

 

-Delete your personal information from our records; and

-Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

 

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

 

-Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

-Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;

-Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

-Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;

-Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;

-Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;

-Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;

-Comply with an existing legal obligation; or

-Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

 

Children Under Thirteen

The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

 

Email Communications

From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

 

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the Company, you may opt out of such communications by Sending an email with the subject "Unsubscribe" to dayon@daysdesignsandprints.com.

 

Changes to This Statement

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. You may receive a notice by sending an email to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our Day's Designs and Prints, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
